How to keep the money from running out
Run out of cash and the game is over — even a mandate you have nearly delivered does not save you. In the first weeks, watch how many days of cash you have left rather than chasing flashy productions.

Money in, money out
Money in is mostly ad revenue, plus partner income and group companies. Money out is production and licences, payroll, fixed costs, studios and interest, promotion, and ad penalties. The dashboard's profit-and-loss for yesterday shows every line.
What happens when it runs out
Negative cash rolls into debt at 0.04% interest a day. In a crisis the bank lends ₩100M once; run dry again and you are bankrupt. Under 25 days of cash left you get a warning, under 10 a critical alert.
Early on, fill the grid with the programmes you already own and with genres that never wear out, like News & Live, and sign advertising first. Spend on big productions and licences when they can win prime time.
